Abstract Submission and Instruction for Authors:
Authors may submit abstracts up to 1 page written in English on the following e-mail add.: email@example.com. Receipt of abstracts will be acknowledged by e-mail.
Abstracts are to be prepared and submitted electronically according to the instructions given below, the latest by 1 May 2010.
Submission and Cover Note Format:
Abstracts are written in English and should not exceed one page and must be prepared using standard PC-based MS Word software. Use a 12-point serif font (e.g. Times New Roman) and leave 1-inch (2.5-cm) margins left, right, top, and bottom. Center the title (maximum 12 words, all-caps, bold type) at the top of the page. Leave a blank line before beginning the author list, which also is centered. If several authors are from one organization, the organization needs to be typed only once.
After each author or group of authors, use parentheses to enclose their affiliation - institution (first level only, omit division, department, etc.), city, state/province (if applicable) and country. Bold and italicize the name of the presenting author. Leave a blank line after the authors and then begin the text, typing it single-spaced and justifying only the left margin. Leave one blank line between paragraphs:do not indent paragraphs.
Submissions should demonstrate significant advance in knowledge on the conference topics. At least one author for each selected paper must register and attend the conference to present the paper.
When submitting, include the necessary submittal data in the cover note, organized under the following format:
(1) Title: Title of abstract should not exceed 12 words.
(2) Author and Address: Presenting author is the person expected to
presentation at the Conference. Include all contact information - name, highest degree,
academic employment title, department, institution, address, city, state/province,
country, cellular number, e-mail add. and fax number.
(3) Author List: List full names of all co-authors and contact information, and indicate the
corresponding author of the paper/abstract.
Abstract received before 1 May 2010 will be reviewed by the Scientific/Technical Committee, but the final decision will be based on overall design of the Conference program.
Notification of Acceptance:
By 15 May 2010, the Committee's decision on each abstract will be mailed to the presenting author. If the abstract was accepted, this letter will state the platform or poster session to which the abstract has been assigned and will provide instructions to proceed with the presentation .
Manuscripts are to be submitted for all abstracts accepted; the submittal deadline will be 1 July 2010, CD with all conference manuscripts will be provided.
At least one author for each selected paper must register and attend the conference to present the paper.
Conference Registration Fee:

500 US$ (US Dollar) for Non-Egyptian
The registration fee includes conference attendance, documents, meals, coffee breaks and welcome function.

Authors attending the conference will bear their own expenses (Flight Tickets & Hotel Accommodation).
List of Hotels (Heliopolis & Nasr City areas, nearby the CICC) will be provided shortly to the registered foreign participants . Reservations can be made directly to the hotel or through the conference organizers.
